"Hello this is Vida. I help single parents with young children navigate the challenges of a recent breakup or divorce. I’ve been giving private coaching s but want to serve a larger audience.

For the past 30 years, I've been extensively involved in the world of ballroom and Latin dancing, not only as a top performer, but also as a dedicated coach and instructor. During this time, I've had the privilege of working with countless individuals, many of whom were single parents going through difficult personal transitions.

Through these experiences, I've learned a great deal about the common patterns and strategies that can help single parents avoid self-sabotaging behaviors and find a path forward. I've listened to their stories, asked questions, and developed a deep understanding of what works and what doesn't when it comes to healing from a breakup or divorce while caring for young children. Im very excited a part of this group.
