I learned to fire LAZY clients 😖

I grew Up on a Little town with 15K people. Those kinda towns, people get to know everybody, gossips go around everyday. And that I did not like, but the fact that you know a bit of people that crossed roads with you, that was cool.

I live in Guadalajara now, around 5 million, and I have been trying to hire help for my company all year, but no luck so far, I have not found hard working people just yet.

When I hire some lazy person on the agency, or even lazy people as clients, I just really learned to Let go… because we are just not a good match… you know?

Anyone else with that issue? Should I not fire lazy clients?(yes, clients)
