Hey, FunnelHackers!
Day 1 of FHL kicked off with some of the most powerful insights from leaders like Russell Brunson, Todd Dickerson, Kathryn Jones, and Anthony Trucks.
Whether you're just starting your entrepreneurial journey or you’ve already hit milestones, the lessons from Day 1 will give you that extra edge!
Let’s break it down:
What I Learned: Key Takeaways from Day 1
- Simple Funnels Convert! The simpler, the better. The key to success lies in keeping your funnels streamlined. Complexity can kill conversions, so focus on making it EASY for people to buy from you!
2. The 2 Comma Club Formula: $1,000 x 1,000 = $1,000,000. You don’t need to sell to the world to reach 2CC. Selling just 3 units a day can put you on the path to hitting that million-dollar mark. Remember: DON’T STOP after your first funnel! Success might be waiting for you on funnel #150!
3. Definiteness of Purpose: It all starts with a clear purpose and a burning desire. You need to be laser-focused on your goals and mildly obsessed with achieving them. This is what will push you through the tough times.
4. Design Hacking (SWIPES Framework) Kathryn Jones dropped gold with her SWIPES Framework for designing effective funnel pages. Whether it’s Structure, Words, Images, Paint, Energy, or Spacing—this framework ensures your funnels not only look great but convert like crazy!
5. Anthony Trucks: The Power of “SHIFT” Anthony shared the importance of doing the Dark Work—the hard, behind-the-scenes work that no one sees. He reminded us that success is built in the dark, through tough actions that build the habits, mindset, and ego needed to thrive in the light.
How You Can Apply This:
- Simplify your funnels: Keep your sales process as easy as possible to maximize conversions. Less is more when it comes to funnel design.
2. Define your purpose: Ask yourself, what is your Definite Purpose? Write it down, internalize it, and use it to drive everything you do.
3. Design with SWIPES: Use Kathryn’s SWIPES Framework when designing your funnel pages. Make sure every element serves a purpose and helps guide your audience to the end goal.
4. Embrace the Dark Work: Don’t shy away from the hard work. Push through, even when no one’s watching—that’s where real transformation happens.
How I’m Putting This into Practice:
Right now, I’m focused on simplifying my funnels and applying the SWIPES Framework to my pages.
As I continue building the Challenger Syndicate, I’m making sure my designs are not only visually appealing but set up for maximum conversion.
I’m also drawing on my own Dark Work to push through resistance and stay committed to my Definite Purpose.
