Day 1 – Define Your Core Offer & Promise

I'm sharing with you all the exact steps I'm taking to launch a new offer this month, despite having a packed schedule with client work and moving apartments.

Yesterday, July 2nd, was my first day, but I forgot to post here 😅.

Fortunately, it's a fairly light workload, and I was able to get it done fairly quickly, but don't be discouraged if you give it a shot and feel like you hit a writers block.

Here's the task:

Day 1: Define Your Core Offer & Promise

✅ Core Action:

Decide exactly what you’ll sell (workshop, template, course, or consulting).
Write 1 sentence: “In [Time Period], you will walk away with ____.”

🔀 Offer Variations:

Workshop: Define topic, date, price (or free).
Consulting: Define the transformation you’ll deliver in 1:1 calls.
Mini-Course: Draft 3–5 key modules.

🎥 Content Action:

Film a “why I’m doing this” video—share your mission and invite people to follow.

♻️ Input→Outputs:

Use your clarity statement as the headline for your landing page later.

Here's how I got it done:

Core Action:

I will teach entrepreneurs and freelancers how to create a new revenue stream with chatbots.
"In the next 60 minutes, you will walk away knowing how you can make 100 dollars a day selling a simple chatbot to overwhelmed businesses".

Content Action:

“Chatbots Still Pay the Bills”

Script Angle: “While everyone chases AI hype, chatbots quietly pay real bills.”
Opportunity: “Most people think chatbots are outdated, but they’re still one of the fastest ways to create reliable income, both for you and for businesses”
Mechanism: “A simple chatbot can generate leads, follow up, and even close sales while you sleep.”
Strategy: “Follow if you want to see exactly how to build one without coding.”
