Content Creation Hack: Make More with What You’ve Already Created

I just watched an awesome video by Russell Brunson, and he shared something that really hit home. If you're a coach, consultant, or creator, and you're always thinking you need to come up with new content, this is for you.

What I Learned:

Russell talked about how many of us get stuck in the cycle of creating new content over and over. But here's the truth: you don’t need to keep reinventing the wheel. Instead, focus on repurposing what you’ve already created.

He shared a great example from Napoleon Hill...

Hill built his entire career on one core framework, the Laws of Success!

Instead of making new frameworks every time, he simply repackaged the same ideas in different ways...books, courses, newsletters...each aimed at different audiences.

And people were happy to pay more for the same content, presented in different formats.

How You Can Apply This:

Find Your Core Framework: What’s the main thing you teach? Get clear on that because it’s the foundation of everything you’ll create.

2. Repurpose Your Content: Use your framework in different formats. Turn your book into a video course, or your course into a podcast series. You don’t need to reinvent everything—just adjust it for different audiences.

3. Tailor for Different Groups: The same content can work for different people. Maybe you can present it for beginners, then tweak it for more advanced students. Focus on repackaging instead of starting from scratch.

How I’m Putting This Into Practice:

This lesson really stood out to me...

I’ve been working on frameworks and sometimes feel like I need to come up with something new all the time...

But after hearing Russell’s advice, I’m shifting my focus to repurposing the content I already have.

I’ll be looking at ways to repackage it for different audiences and platforms, making sure I get the most out of what I’ve already created.
