Change and Focus
What’s the biggest change you have experience in the last Few weeks/ months that has allowed you to maintain focus and clarity and offer more freedom?
I’ll share a few things that support me in that process. Maybe it can support you to.
Discipline:
1-Breathing each morning - I practice Toltec breathings. It helps me ground, focus and say more conscious about my choices during the day .
2-visualizing my day prioritizing my activities creates a tremendous change in how my day evolves .
3- Keeping distractions at bay and balancing activities through out each day . Writing helps a lot!
4-always being mindful of proactive movement , positive movement towards achieving my goals in any area I focus’s each day is very rewarding.
5- Eating right, sleeping , exercising, walking. being mindful of my healthy or unhealthy habits or change them if need be.
