f you value your time and your life this message may be for you . Inspired to give and receive? The art of giving and receiving is definitely a delicate balance. It’s like a dance, where both partners need to be in sync to create a harmonious performance. How many times have you Felt responsible to give without giving it a second tough? If you are a giver you know what I am talking about . I myself have gotten in trouble one time or the other for overextending myself without listening to my own needs or limitations . I fell very sick for that reason a while back. Learning to honor my needs as much as the others has become a Joyful dance now after that lesson. Communicating and sharing self care as much as receiving it is very important to maintain healthy relationships. When we give too much, we risk draining ourselves, leaving us feeling exhausted and depleted. On the other hand, if we don’t give at all, we might find ourselves consumed by greed, always wanting more but never willing to share. As we grow and mature, we learn that giving and receiving is an art. It’s not just about material things like money or gifts, but also about energy, love, and service. We can’t give what we don’t have, but we can always receive. In relationships, it’s crucial to have reciprocity. If one person is always giving more than the other, it can lead to feelings of resentment and exhaustion. The other person might take advantage of the situation, leading to an imbalance in the relationship. So, it’s essential to remember that when you give to others, you should also give back to yourself. No matter how big or small your service is, giving back to yourself is just as important as giving to others. If you don’t, you might end up with nothing left to give. Balance is key. Honor your needs as much as the needs of others. Give yourself time to rest, reset, recharge, be pampered, and be heard. We all deserve that self-love. It’s what keeps us strong and enables us to give even more.
