🔥 TURNING Your Business into a PURPOSE-DRIVEN MOVEMENT
Welcome back to the Best of FHL Series!
Today, I’m diving into the INSIGHTS from Brad Gibb & Ryan Lee’s talk on how to BUILD a movement that goes beyond just running a business. Let’s get into it!
What I Learned: The Difference Between a Business and a Movement
Brad and Ryan made a key point: A business is an organization that provides services in exchange for money. A MOVEMENT, on the other hand, is a COMMUNITY driven by a SHARED PURPOSE.
While a business can sometimes feel routine and boring, a MOVEMENT is full of ENERGY, INSPIRATION, and EXCITEMENT!
They shared four secrets that helped them turn their business into a movement:
  1. Focus on Your Core Motivator: They didn’t just focus on results—they aligned their message with their core motivator: FREEDOM. This shift helped them connect DEEPLY with their audience, rallying them around the idea of taking CONTROL and LIVING FREE.
2. Tie Your Business to a Key Problem: Instead of just selling a product, they focused on the core problem their audience faced. By rallying their community around solving this problem, they created a MOVEMENT that was BIGGER than just their product.
3. Give People an Identity: Movements give people something to IDENTIFY with. When someone connects with a new identity, like saying “I’m NOT a smoker” instead of “I’m trying to quit,” it creates LASTING CHANGE.
4. Celebrate Success to Build Loyalty: They committed to their community and CELEBRATED their followers’ successes. This not only strengthened LOYALTY but also reinforced the belief that success was possible for EVERYONE in the movement.
How You Can Apply This:
Here’s how you can start turning your business into a MOVEMENT:
  1. Identify Your Core Motivator: Reflect on what truly DRIVES you and your business. This is the message that will resonate most deeply with your audience.
2. Focus on a Core Problem: Think about the BIGGEST problem your audience faces. Center your messaging and offers around SOLVING that problem.
3. Help Your Audience Form a New Identity: Create a sense of BELONGING by helping your followers see themselves as part of something BIGGER. This identity will drive LOYALTY and COMMITMENT.
4. Celebrate Achievements: Recognize and CELEBRATE the successes of your followers. This builds a STRONG community and motivates others to strive for the SAME success.
How I’m Putting This into Practice:
I’m building a Skool community called Challenger Syndicate, based on a movement that resonates deeply with me!
This community is for ENTREPRENEURS, MARKETERS, and LEADERS who are committed to PUSHING BOUNDARIES, EMBRACING CHALLENGES, and achieving EXTRAORDINARY success in their personal and professional lives.
Members of this movement will identify as "CHALLENGERS" and are dedicated to BREAKING THROUGH their limits, discovering their TRUE PURPOSE, and living lives of RELENTLESS EXCELLENCE and IMPACT. 💪
What’s Next?

What about you? Are you building a movement, or thinking about starting one?
I’d love to hear about it!
