ADVICE? Overwhelmed & Niche Selection Indecision

Hi everyone - can you share your insights here about two things: (1) focusing your niche & (2) how to do all the things daily that Russell suggests?

NICHE - I have chosen to focus on wealth > business development > funnel & content strategies > for entrepreneurs & eCommerce brand owners

Here’s my issue: I’m not sure if this is too scattered and needs more focus?

I have built one super successful business of my own that ultimately crashed after three years bc of mistakes I made at the time.

Then I went to work as a creative director for high tech startups and helped them get multimillion dollar valuations but none of that went to me since I was just an employee.

After six years of this I decided to go out on my own two years ago and have had great and terrible months financially - mostly it’s been a struggle- and I think my scattered focus is part of it.

Any thoughts on focusing my niche?

OVERWHELM - this one’s quick - how do you all balance and handle all the day to day tasks Russell suggests (creating content, Dream 100 modeling, social media posts, building & running funnels, new client acquisition, etc.)?

It just doesn’t seem possible for a one man show like me. Any tips?
