I show you how to use this 1 app (GoHighLevel) to have CRM + + Opt-in Pages + E-mail marketing + Automations all in one place! This app allows you be growing your list, tagging contacts properly, so you always know what they are interested in and what to send to them next to get them further in the pipeline toward them becoming your membership member or 1-1 high ticket client By building an E-mail list you are allowing yourself to communicate to masses at the same time. You can send 1 E-mail out to many, and move many at the same time wherever you want them to go (register for a workshop, join your membership waitlist, register for a membership, raise hand if they are interested in 1-1 coaching, …) You can also set automations in place - for example, if someone opts in and joins your E-mail list, you can send them an automated email sequence out throughout the next few days, and this E-mail sequence gets them to join your membership These are just a few ideas, I am getting ready to record a proper YT video on this topic and why it’s awesome to use the right E-mail marketing + CRM app to be able to manage your contacts and get them buy! But in this video today, I just share with you a little behind of scenes of my private 1-1 coaching session that I had with Scarlett where I showed her around the GoHighLevel app that I installed for her to use. With it we are going to be managing her contacts, set automations in place to keep growing an E-mail list + convert more people into paying members or 1-1 coaching clients P.S. - I am looking for more people to work with to launch your membership program and set these systems in place. Skool Membership Launch Plan Discussed
In this live session I speak with Scarlett, who is a breathwork coach, and we discuss the membership launch plan. Three stages to go through: - Setting up Skool + the technical E-mail marketing system - Building a Waitlist of interested people - Opening the doors to her membership founding group Through the next few weeks we are going to work together on launching her membership She connected 20-30 other life coaches, teachers who are going to be teaching in her membership program. In her membership ($54 a month) they are going to be running daily and weekly sessions, they will be doing monthly 5-day challenges. She will be able to leverage all of the teachers’ audiences to build a larger waitlist, these teachers will be first of all paid to teach in the membership, secondly, they will be able to get additional 1-1 coaching clients out of the membership community. Side note: She also said that she has another 5 spots open to accept a few more teachers! So, if you are a life coach, healer, spiritual guide, and would like to participate with her in this project, you can contact her and apply by messaging her on IG @9dtransformationalbreathwork Overall, in the video session we discuss how her launch plan is going to look like, how to build a Waitlist of interested people (out of her own, and other teachers’ social media and E-mail lists), and then open the doors to the membership and start accepting people in! How to build a Waitlist to Launch your Membership Program
We sit down with Jeff and discuss how we built a WAITLIST for his membership. We sent out to his existing E-mail list an E-mail saying: “If I open a new private community, would you be interested in knowing more about it? Click here” In the E-mail marketing software (Systeme.io) we set up an automation, that if someone clicks on the link in the E-mail, they are automatically added a tag WAITLIST. He has got around 75 people on a Waitlist now, and he is sending more E-mails out to his existing email list, so he can get more. We also discussed how to post content on his LinkedIn, and get more people from LinkedIn to join his Waitlist (E-mail list). He will keep building his waitlist now for a few weeks, but simultaneously we are planning to already launch his founding members group. We are going to E-mail all people on the Waitlist and give them a special offer to join his membership as a founding member (Pay $29 a month, instead of $79)! (The founding members E-mail example is discussed in the video - TEMPLATE) The goal is that dozens of new members will run into it and his membership becomes active!

How many courses do you need in your Skool Membership to open it to public?
@Claire Garber asked me: “When am I ready to open my membership to public? How many courses and materials do I need to have in my membership to open it to the public?” I provided her with the answer that you only need 1 solid course that teaches them the method of achieving ‘the niche outcome’, and having 1 simple course is enough to begin selling people into the membership! They will watch that 1 simple course, they will have questions, they will ask them in the community forum and they will come to the weekly group calls. On the weekly group calls you will ask them: “So, you watched the first few course videos, what did you learn, what’s the questions that have come up?” And you will then coach them through their situation and see where the gaps are, and you will then tell them what’s next, and yourself, you will also receive feedback from the members to improve your course. So yes, 1 course is enough, you support it with a community forum, and weekly calls. And then you build from there.
