How to build a Waitlist to Launch your Membership Program
We sit down with Jeff and discuss how we built a WAITLIST for his membership.
We sent out to his existing E-mail list an E-mail saying: “If I open a new private community, would you be interested in knowing more about it? Click here”
In the E-mail marketing software (Systeme.io) we set up an automation, that if someone clicks on the link in the E-mail, they are automatically added a tag WAITLIST.
He has got around 75 people on a Waitlist now, and he is sending more E-mails out to his existing email list, so he can get more.
We also discussed how to post content on his LinkedIn, and get more people from LinkedIn to join his Waitlist (E-mail list).
He will keep building his waitlist now for a few weeks, but simultaneously we are planning to already launch his founding members group.
We are going to E-mail all people on the Waitlist and give them a special offer to join his membership as a founding member (Pay $29 a month, instead of $79)!

The goal is that dozens of new members will run into it and his membership becomes active!
