Google MCC link not accepting manager request

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem.

I helped my client create an ad account and then tried to link it to my Google MCC account, everytime I send the invite and he accepts it automatically returns him to the sign in page for some reason, and doesn’t reflect on my MCC that he accepted it, has anyone ever experienced this before or know a solution?
