Take a look at the difference from just a week or 2 ago. Look at the arm position now and look at how open your getting. Way to make it happen.๐. Continue to work on this and make it your new normal. I also want you to start turning (closing) your hips right when you leave the ground. Turn them fast and get your belly button to point to the left antenna when you land. Also, try moving your device that holds the ball back a foot or so. I want you to be able to hit and rotate without hitting the net.
