Arm Speed Session yesterday
I ended up not being able to make the session yesterday from 2 to 3, was it recorded? Am I able to go back and watch it?
Jumping?
What are people doing for the activities that require jumping? I don't have an indoor place to jump without hitting the ceiling and we have snow outside, so that's not really an option either.
Intro
Hi! I’m Sydney. I am 13 yo, freshman in HS, soon to be 14. I am 5’ 10” and play Middle and Outside. I really enjoyed the Detroit camp! Really excited to start using the techniques that I learned in my club season starting next week 🙌 Also excited to see how this will help me transition into a more killer serve. I have a very consistent serve right now, but I’m looking to really sharpen up my serving skills. My mom took a lot of video and complied them, so that I have a good starting place to gage myself.

For your week 2 correction I'd like you to focus on rotating your hips so your belly button is pointing to the left antenna when you land. Also, very important you land on 2 feet.
