Oopsie, better late than never ๐Ÿ“ฎ Why We Write P.S. Did you knowโ€ฆ P.S. comes from the Latin phrase post scriptum, meaning "written after." Before emails and editing buttons, once a letter had been signed and folded, there wasn't an easy way to go back and add another paragraph. So if the writer suddenly remembered one last thought, secret, or important detail, they'd add it at the end with: P.S. Some letters even had: P.P.S. (post-post scriptum) and occasionally P.P.P.S.! Blue ink became the preferred colour for letter writing because it was easier to distinguish from printed black text and tended to fade less over time.
