During the 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝟭𝟴𝟳𝟬, ordinary mail couldn't leave the city by road. So thousands of letters were carried out by 𝙝𝙤𝙩 𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙣, floating over enemy lines to reach waiting friends and families. 🎈📮

It's one of the most remarkable chapters in postal history—and proof that people have always found a way to stay connected through handwritten letters.
