CRM Is Deeper Than I Thought
Just started my Salesforce learning journey and already seeing how deep this space is.
One thing that clicked for me is that CRM isn’t just about storing customer data; it’s really about building better systems for relationships, automation, and smarter decisions. Finished my first module and quiz (100%), but more importantly. starting to get the bigger picture.
