Something happened today that I wasn’t expecting. I’m midway through this Salesforce program, no certification yet, still grinding through the material alongside all of you, and a recruiter from KBC Technologies reached out to me on LinkedIn about a Salesforce Administrator role. I’ll be honest, I almost scrolled past it. But it’s real. And it made me stop and think. We sometimes tell ourselves “I’ll put myself out there once I’m certified.” I’ve thought it too. But the market isn’t waiting for that moment. Recruiters are already looking, and they’re finding people who are simply showing up and building skills, people exactly like us. I’m sharing this not to show off, but because I think we all need a reminder sometimes that the work we’re putting in here is already being noticed, even before we cross the finish line. Keep going.
