Welcome to the community! We are incredibly excited to have you here as you begin this journey. As you settle in, we want to share some essential advice regarding our three-tier community structure: Team Delta (Foundation) ➡️ Team Gamma (Learning) ➡️ Team Alpha (Final). Lately, we’ve noticed a trend where students spend only a few days or a week in Team Delta before rushing straight into Team Gamma. We understand the enthusiasm to dive into the core material, but skipping ahead is actually hurting your progress. Here is why staying the course matters: 🔍 The Purpose of Team Delta Team Delta is your blueprint. It is designed to take up to one month plus for a reason. While Team Gamma is where the heavy learning begins, Team Delta is where you get the vital vocabulary, context, and foundational roadmap. Think of it this way: You cannot read a book in a new language if you haven’t learned the alphabet first. ⚠️ What Happens When You Jump the Gun? Students who skip Delta and jump straight into Gamma are quickly finding themselves overwhelmed and confused. When Gamma discussions begin, they use terms and concepts that you were supposed to learn in Delta. Without that foundation, you will likely feel lost, fall behind, you are regretting why you join and have to double back anyway. IF YOU ARE IN THIS CATEGORY OF PERSON REMOVE SHAME AND GO BACK TO DELTA AND LEARN!!! "Don't jump to Team GAMMA and be asking kindergarten questions!!!" 💡 How to Approach Team Delta Embrace the Pace: Give yourself permission to be a beginner. Don't rush out in two days; STAY FOR A MONTH PLUS, use the time to absorb the layout. Do the Work: Pay close attention to the introductory materials, guidelines, Navigation and terminology definitions. Master the Basics: Treat Delta as your secret weapon. If you know the terms before you get to Gamma, the actual learning phase will be twice as smooth and twice as fast. The Golden Rule: Finish strong in Team Delta before you make the leap to Gamma. Your future self in Team Alpha will thank you for it!
