Hey guys I’m curious to how all of you started your Parkour Journey. A little background from me is that when I was growing up I always admired the movements I see in video games and always wondered if I could do that and be my own video game character. After 20 years of fantasizing and 2 years of improving my overall health I started doing this at 28 and now I feel much better overall because I now see this form of fitness is fun and beneficial for both physical and mental health! I get to have fun, play around, and push the limits of what’s humanly possible!
