VIP Sessions - Fulls (18/5 - 24/5)
Last weeks fulls training Highlights - sending double full & double a-twist outside and being able to bail from them safely without feeling any pain. Happy with how the other stuff with fulls went too considering how fatigued I was when I tried them Also threw in a little line I was coming up with. Pretty happy with the side flip to wall flip. Ideally would like to connect back handspring better and add a swing gainer out of the back handspring

Skill Quest #19
It would have flowed better if he did the lazy vault the other way but he spun around because he is more confident taking off on that foot. He was going to try another run to include a couple more hand manoeuvres but the rain beat us.

Great stuff! Love all the different uses of hands 🔥
Session 11
Finally had some time to train in the city on Monday which was pretty relaxed. Some challenges I was worried about doing before I found a lot easier to break through now and can see how far I’ve come. For the second video I want to be able to hurdle the bush and the path below to land on the grass but adding in more speed and power gives me the fear 😅 Also wanted to add in this little piece I enjoyed doing at the end

Yessss! Looking so good! Bounces are looking comfy! I especially love how you used it in the line and had to bounce back into a pre! Love it! 2nd hurdle does look like it would be juicy without that second jump. Keen to see you smash it someday!
VIP Session - Week 4/5 (not sure)
So didn’t get a proper drilling session in this week but instead worked on trying to include more movement variations and applying them in lines. So here’s a few examples + two versions of fulls I did where I think I got a key point to help get me closer to dubs: I realised I was too slow in the set for the full and if I thought going as fast as I could as soon as my left left touched the floor it really helped

@Isla Ramsay thank you! It's fun adding them into lines! I definitely would like to get them into the middle of lines as well I just find them a bit tricky to get in and out of smoothly so I'll need to work up to it
Sessions 8, 9 + 10
8 - static climb ups and downs. Didn’t feel great, started getting pins and needles in palms and forearms when my elbows were at 90° 9 - pushed my running bounce offs to 10 of my feet and moved the tyre farther away. The drop jumps also increased to 11 of my feet which I’m happy with 10 - took the bounce off outside for this one, managed 8ft gaps but I kept getting in my head about it. Added in strides to cat and climb over, a large drop jump that messed with me a lot because of the height, distance and bar and finished with a line with some drops

@Isla Ramsay that's awesome! Huge progress already. Don't worry too much about the steps, just keeping building up slowly and it'll get there (I've been there 😁). When you can try and make sure you get some bounces in close to your limit (the 3 steps). The more you can push your limit safely the more comfortable they will become.but you can choose how often you do this so it's good for managing yourself, especially when things are scary / mentally intense 🙂 Love seeing your progress! Keep up the good work!
