My current conundrum is regarding hydration. I recall Dr Cheung warning about how hard it is on the kidneys it is to have water at bedtime. Still, sometimes, a lot of time, by the end of the day, I find myself a bit thirsty. Of course I'm up every night going to the bathroom. How much water per day? What type of water is best? What about the idea/technology (or is it malarky?) of making "wetter water" and not requiring as much because it gets in our cells easier? Can my food intake - like fruit, compensate effectively for hydration and how can I be certain?
