Since I have not been able to paint in a while I thought I would post an older painting painting I did a long time ago. I have very little time to paint - usually only 2 hours a week - and that had not even happened in a few weeks. This painting (oil, 12x16) is from a photo I took at the Ephrata Cloister, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania USA I always liked this one.

My grandson took an image of this mountain when he was in Italy skiing. On his return he asked me to paint the mountain to sup[port his memoties of skiing in Italy. This painting was a trial before moving onto canvas.
