Another painting from memory. I spent my teenage years on Lake Erie and one morning the water was like a smooth pane of glass. After many sketches, this 16 x 20 oil on canvas is my attempt to capture that morning.

Tooth 2
Well I finally finished the tooth of time painting. Thanks for your inputs along the way. After I thought it was finished I did a B&W photo to check tone and depth. That step helped a great deal because the tones are subtle and I could make the slight changes needed.

Newbie
I just joined this group and am not seeing the photo of my artwork when I select it from my photo library. Would one of you experienced members help me. Just a little info about me - I’m a serious hobbyist who started painting at 76 14 years ago. I do mainly landscapes in oil, acrylic and watercolor.

@Loreen Pawlak I thought I had it worked out but when I try to post I get the message select a category. Where can I find the category button .

@Loreen Pawlak The problem was my iPad. In portrait mode the category drop down didn’t show. When I held the iPad in landscape mode, the category drop down automagically appeared. Thank you for your help.
