Have had 3 fb ads going for about 2 weeks or so, totaling $1200 ish as of today!
Week days at $100-150 daily spend and weekends daily spend goes to about $400 (between the 3)
Total they have generated 17 leads - costing 50-60 per lead with one lead from one ad costing the $190 (the test ad - and ads manager is saying it’s the winner… somehow).
Of these leads have quoted 8 jobs for roughly $68k and haven’t closed any of those jobs. Still trying to close them. The other 11, I have 3-5 touch points so far with depending on when the lead has come in and still reaching for that 7-12. I have been trying to get get to the leads as soon as they come in but I have I haven’t noticed they don’t load immediately in the app so I’m around the 30-60min response time pretty consistently - I haven’t figured out to get the app to be faster, not using any of the automations things yet)
So I’m in the process of trying to figure out what needs to change to get a higher close rate whether it be sales or price. First thing I’m focusing on right now is sales. If I continuing quoting after changing some of the sales stuff in person and still not closes then I will start to look into price as last resort
