Need help: Terms & Conditions

I’ve just started this venture, literally have 1 job scheduled and realized I don’t have a terms & conditions/terms of service written up. I did a quick AI assisted one to throw in a contract so something was there for this first job, but I’m wondering how it’s usually done? Do you contract and work with a lawyer? Do you just wing it and adjust as you learn?
