I’ve just started this venture, literally have 1 job scheduled and realized I don’t have a terms & conditions/terms of service written up. I did a quick AI assisted one to throw in a contract so something was there for this first job, but I’m wondering how it’s usually done? Do you contract and work with a lawyer? Do you just wing it and adjust as you learn? Thanks in advance!

Is anyone using a dump trailer to haul their skid steer, mulcher, and other attachments? I would like to do that with a bumper tow dump trailer but the skid steer with mulcher and grappler is a little north of 16K lbs. If anyone is doing it with that same weight profile I would love to know what make/model you are using.
