Large projects for one man operations
I have a 100+ acre job coming onto my plate that is going to be a massive blessing. The project will take some time to complete.
How would you guys manage growth while taking on a larger project? Should I set aside time weekly to quote jobs and schedule work to start several months out?
My fear is catching one big fish, and then finding myself with empty nets afterwards and having to rebuild momentum.
