FB Ads and content creation date

Good morning gentlemen, I’ve filmed my ad for FaceBook marketing (will be cross posting as well), but I had a question regarding post date in relation to ad campaigns.

Does Facebook deprioritize content if it has an older post date? I have some previous material I’m going to include in my campaign and some of it is several months old, will this effect the algorithm in any way?
