DO YOUR CARDIO (Drop your favorite cardio below)
It’s so important to do at least 10 mins of some type of cardio before your workout. Elliptical, treadmill, or bike. Something This helps your body activate and warm up. Letting blood start flowing and your joints warm up. Most of our workouts involve plyometrics and high intensity movements. This puts our joints and muscles under a lot of pressure. Going straight into Plyos cold will increase your chance of injury greatly. One bad landing and your ankle snaps, too quick of a drive and your hamstring is torn. All because you didn’t warm up Warm up Don’t talk about it, be about it -Owen

We're just now getting back to running together and trying to find a compromise of pace is hard lol. But it's okay because we're still choosing to do it. Even though it was a short run that wasn't very smooth. We still did it. I want to encourage you all to do the same thing. Even if you're busy, or tired, or don't want to. Still do it. We did this in between our classes. We didn't notice an immediate change, but we felt better at the end that we did something towards our goals. The small choices is whats going to build your physique. Not the half marathons, or big workouts. One day at a time, Make the small choices Don't talk about it, be about it Owen.
