I started my running journey to train for 10k, 21k and 42k since 2009, have completed 5 full marathons till date and count less Half marathons, a common issue I have been facing till date and unable to find a fix is that my feet go numb after a certain distance, not that my shows or sock are too tight or loose, consulted with my running buddies and have not yet found a solution to this, walking in between for 500 meters during my long runs do help to get the numbness gone from my feet
