What’s everyone running this weekend?

I’m In a training limbo, not on a plan, just doing the usual with a longer run at the weekend. I loved your zone 2 post in insta….ive got a friend who is all in doing zone 2, I just can’t get my head round it. But then he was quicker than me when we did a half together 🤷🏻‍♀️ what would you recommend for the ‘easy’ pace runs, compared to race pace?
Your Easy Runs are Probably too Fast
One of the biggest mistakes I see runners make is turning every run into a fitness test. Easy runs should feel easy. You should be able to hold a conversation. Save your effort for the sessions that matter. Do you find it harder to run too fast or too slow? 👇

Ive just done Milton Keynes half….it was brutal. Soooo windy and very hilly for a supposedly flat course. But it’s done 👍🏻

Since injury, my longest run has been 8 miles. I’m going to push for ten this morning, wish me luck!
