Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday plus a 30 minute HIIT. Today was 3.5 miles on the treadmill today and I’m going to try to get in 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight. We have been getting a ton of rain in Florida so staying inside is nice
2 miles Tuesday, 3 miles Wednesday, meeting with local run club for 6 tonight. 2-3 miles or off tomorrow depending on what the garmin says and Sunday another 4-6 miles. Also did 2 body weight trainings, single leg squats, lunges, bridges, step up, single leg stands, pank…
