Hey everyone. I joined a couple of weeks ago, but haven’t introduced myself. I’ve been hit with 2 silly injuries, one of which is still a slight niggle but getting there. I lost my running mojo slightly, because of it. But concentrated on strength training and shorter runs. Christmas was a whirlwind of work and festivities. It’s a lot for a nearly 50 year old, mum of 4!! I had planned a Boxing Day run, but it didn’t happen. So today I got up and out my running gear on, no excuse. I found myself taking all the decorations down, tidying the house, 2 loads of washing and then at 1:30, tonight I couldn’t put it off any longer. Ive just got back from a 45 minute base run.
I did London Marathon back in April, Royal Parks half in October. I have Hackney half in March and Milton Keynes half in May. So best I get my mojo back! Here for the support and tips. I follow John’s instagram, love your attitude and no nonsense approach!
