@John Hill Main Goal- Finish the race while having fun and being grateful. Stretch Goal- Sub 4hrs (But realistically I'd like to be sub 4:20)

@John Hill I'm really enjoying the mental shift of distances. Today was 5 easy which used to be really intimidating to me. I'm looking forward to constantly running the longest I've ever run w/ Long run Saturdays in prep. Nervous about being able to balance recovery, training, and life. Summer is really easy right now, but when school starts up, training will get tougher from August through end of September.
