recordings are such a gift
I couldn't attend on the live call on Monday 😒. Just did the recording now and felt cold and also tingles all over my body at different stages, not sure if they were from past sadness or present love or both maybe?… .
I had been in garden all day yesturday, grounding and cleansing space so having a super gentle day today…
It had been a big week. Today doing the recording, was such a battle between my head and my breathe.
