June SE call share

I was holding this to unpack it on the alignment call but I can't see to get on for some reason so I'll share here. I'd love some insight or any thoughts you have. During the June call I was working on my throat chakra and at some point in the spinal session was a memory of either me or an ancestor several generations ago where I saw myself (or ancestor) as a wife and mother at a time when women did not have power, when they were treated like property. I was not in a place of prosperity, it was very much farm like or hunter/gather lifestyle. What I saw was either me or a relative spoke up about something that the husband was doing or how she felt about something and he got angry and left, abandoning her and their several children. The weather was not good and she could provide for her children and they ended up starving and dying. It was a terrible feeling to realize that what was said resulted in this tragedy.
