Shuttle Run Practice - June 13th

Hi everyone! I know many of you are participating in the June Shuttle run, so I will not be hosting a practice this upcoming weekend. However I have booked for the following weekend! It is a great way to see where you're at, possibly prepare for your July shuttle Run, and meet like-minded people working towards the same goals! Hope to see you there!

Shuttle Run Practice: Saturday June 13th

Time : 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Location: LaCité Athletic Facitlity: 801 Aviation Pkwy, Building H - Athletic Facility, Ottawa ON K1K 4B2

Parking is free, It is the first building on the right near the big LA CITÉ sign.

$8-12 each depending how many join.

Note: I would like people to take commenting that you'll be there as a commitment. Last time, I had many no-shows, which unfortunately affects the cost of the booking. I am hoping that we get a good turn out and cheer each other on, however if there is still continuing no-shows, I may have to start asking for pre-payments, which is not something I'd love to do. I understand things come up, but with these practices, please be professional and communicate to me if you are unable to make it. Thank you 😊
