Hope everyone has been putting in the work & is good to hit level 7 in the shuttle run! Registration is NOW OPEN for those who believe they can hit level 7 in the Shuttle Run for May 2nd. Please send a DM with your email to @Cst Abid Nasim to register for the Shuttle Run - May 2nd or post a comment below that you want to register for the Shuttle Run on May 2nd! 👉 Once you pass the Shuttle Run and are successful hitting level 7, you will receive an OPS Shuttle Run Certificate which you can use to apply to the Ottawa Police Service! 🎉
