Hi everyone, please let me know what day works best for you for next weekend. I'm going to be booking our next gym and want to make sure I'm booking a time that works best 😊 Location will be determined by gym availability, but will either be Kanata (near the CTC), Pinecrest area (near Ikea), or La Cité in St Laurent. I'm still looking into doing an evening weekday session, so stay tuned for that (feel free to comment a weekday day that would work best)

Just knock and I'll let you in 😊 - Bring your own water bottle - there is no water fountain in the gym We will be splitting the gym fee, should be approx 7-10$ per person!
