Does anyone have any advice to how I get 10 sec planche?
This is my routine rn
Warmup, 90 degree hspu, straddle planche press
Full Planche attempt 2-3
Full planche press attempt (After first planche set)
Straddle press good form max x2 (right now i can only do 2)
Straddle press bad form spam x2
Tuck press max x2
Banded planche x2
Super adv tuck x2
Max handstand pushups x1
Max hspu against wall x2
Weighted dips 8-12, once i can do 12 increase rep by 5-10
Pseudo planche pushups x2
