What you said about being the first generation to process our trauma while raising the next generation differently… that hit me. That’s real work. Millennial mamas need someone like you. Someone who gets the burnout, the pressure, the identity shifts, & still chooses softness, intention, and growth. you’re becoming a guide, a mirror, & a safe space for other women to remember who they really are. 🤍🔥 So thankful to be connected with you! Hi all, happy mondee! My friend has this cute ritual with her friends that I thought could be fun to bring into this space... What was a high, low and buffalo (random/wildcard) of your week last week? I'll go first!.. High: having a sweet, cozy & snowy weekend at home with friends❄️ we celebrated my friend's 35th last night- it was intimate, chill & intentional Low: going back to work after being in Costa Rica🇨🇷 for 9 days! Buffalo: having a political argument with my immigrant dad🤪 grateful it ended on a decent note though lol bonus question: What do you love about where you live? I live in Lancaster, PA and I love being close to so many east coast cities (NYC, Philly, D.C., Baltimore, Boston, etc) and having all 4 seasons!
