My Personal Ayla
Once again in a crisis, I turned to one of Ayla’s podcasts to get me through. I ended up in hospital in Italy, unable to breathe with a chest infection. I fall apart mentally when I am sick and it’s exponentially worse when I’m not in my home country. Thank you Ayla for the words you use in all of your sessions that always have a way of making me feel I can get through things.
