That creates a quick glucose spike followed by the infamous crash… then comes shakiness, anxiety, cravings, brain fog, and needing caffeine every two hours like a life raft floating in a sea of exhaustion. 🌊☕😂 A PFF breakfast anchors the body instead of whipping it around hormonally. Think… Protein… Eggs, steak, sausage, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, leftover burger patties, smoked salmon. Fat… Butter, avocado, tallow, bacon grease, full fat dairy, olive oil. Fiber… Fruit, berries, sautéed greens, avocado, fermented veggies, or even a small amount of properly prepared oats or sourdough if tolerated. Examples… • Eggs cooked in butter with sausage and berries • Steak and eggs with avocado • Greek yogurt with walnuts and blueberries • Cottage cheese, cucumber, boiled eggs, and fruit • Leftover taco meat with eggs and sautéed peppers • Bone broth with eggs and a side of fruit For my ancestral leaning folks… I still prioritize protein first. Most midlife women especially are wildly under eating protein while over fueling on quick carbs. Your body cannot rebuild hormones, neurotransmitters, muscle, enzymes, immune cells, and healing pathways out of thin air and positive affirmations alone. 😂✨ A good breakfast should leave you feeling calm, steady, clear headed, and satisfied for hours… not hunting snacks like a raccoon in a gas station parking lot by 10am. 🤪

Animal meats especially ruminants meaning cows, goats, sheep, deer etc... contain every essential nutrient the human body needs in bioavailable form. Complete amino acids. Heme iron. Zinc. Copper. Selenium. B vitamins. Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K2. Cholesterol. Saturated fats. The very minerals and cofactors the body recognizes and knows how to use. Nothing needs to be converted. Nothing needs to be “unlocked.” It’s nourishment in its most ancestral, intact form. Everything else is optional. Plants can be medicinal. They can be supportive. But they are not required for human survival or optimal function. Humans thrived long before agriculture, grains, legumes, and industrial food systems. The body is designed to run on animal nutrition.. Particularly nose-to-tail ruminant meat without deficiency. When someone eats adequate ruminant meat, salt, and water, the body stops compensating. Digestion stabilizes. Blood sugar levels. Hormones regulate. Inflammation quiets. Cravings disappear. The constant need to “optimize” fades because the body finally has what it’s been asking for all along. This isn’t extremism. It’s returning to biological truth.
