🌿Apple Cider Vinegar 🍎
How to Make Raw Apple Cider Vinegar at Home
Chop organic apples or use peels and cores. Place in a glass jar and cover with filtered water. Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey or organic sugar per cup of water to feed fermentation. Cover with a cloth, stir daily, and let it sit at room temp for 2–3 weeks until it smells vinegary. Strain, return the liquid to the jar, and let it ferment another 2–4 weeks. That’s it. Living vinegar ✨
Why ACV Is Powerful
Raw ACV supports digestion by increasing stomach acid and enzyme activity. It helps stabilize blood sugar, supports liver detox pathways, and encourages mineral absorption when used properly. It’s antimicrobial, gut-supportive, and a beautiful daily tonic when diluted.
A little before meals can go a long way. This is old-world medicine made simple 🌱
