I’m Cristal, a cardiac ICU nurse turned Ancestral Nutritionist and holistic practitioner — and the founder of Nourished Roots Apothecary and the Nourished Roots Association, a 508(c)(1)(A) faith-based ministry devoted to true healing of the heart, body, mind, and spirit.
