Sometimes — in fact, often — I’m sharing not to help, not to guide, not to inspire.
I’m sharing simply because it’s who I am out in the world.
Sometimes my words are reflections.
Sometimes they’re expressions.
Sometimes they’re just part of my living, breathing awareness.
Not every post is meant to teach.
Not every post is meant to save anyone.
Not every post carries a lesson.
Sometimes I’m just being — and letting myself be witnessed in that being.
I don’t post for validation, but I’m not afraid of it being a by-product.
I don’t post to be understood, but I welcome resonance.
I’m not trying to enlighten anyone, but I honour when people find meaning in what I share.
When I do need help, I say it.
When I’m seeking to be held, witnessed, or supported in a storm, it’s clear in my expression.
When I’m teaching, you’ll feel it.
When I’m simply sharing, you’ll feel that too.
We’re all developing, growing, and shifting — each in our own way and at our own pace.
So please don’t assume.
Feel into the post itself:
Is it asking something?
Expressing something?
Revealing?
Teaching?
Or simply sharing?
And perhaps while I’m here, I’d like a little clarity:
What is the intention of this community?
Is it a space to share?
To teach?
To seek support?
To offer solutions?
To just express?
Understanding the intention helps me know what’s suitable for me to post — and how to show up here in a way that aligns with both myself and the space.
That’s all.
That’s enough.
And that’s the point. 🌿
