The truth is, most of the confusion around plant protein comes from myths that have been floating around for decades. And they're still being repeated, which is frustrating.
So I recorded a video breaking down the three most common ones I hear all the time. Things like whether you can actually get enough protein from plants, whether you need to combine proteins at every meal, and whether plant protein is inferior to animal protein.
Spoiler: the answer to all three is probably not what you were told.
