We had such a good conversation today inside the Heart Health workshop, and not in the typical “cholesterol-only” way.. 🥰❤️
Inside the workshop, I walked through a simple 3-pillar framework:
• Food: what actually protects the arteries
• Nervous system load: how chronic stress quietly strains the heart
• Daily patterns: the repeatable patterns that build recovery
We also talked through some core takeaways, sat with a key reflection question, and turned awareness into implementation.
One of the most important moments was this question:
Where is your heart under the most strain right now?

Mine this week is: A few deep breaths before reaching for my phone in the mornings.
