• 1 frozen banana
• 1 avocado (or just half if you want it lighter)
• 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
• Big handful of spinach
• Juice of half a lime
• Fresh mint if you have it
The healthy fats in avocado help your body absorb all the fat-soluble nutrients from the spinach, so these two together are genuinely a powerhouse combination.
